The final meeting will take place December 12-14 where the 12th is closed to MareFrame participants and December 13 and 14 open for registration.
Topics of the MareFrame Scientific Conference
1. Participatory approaches to include the appropriate stakeholders in EBFM (Ecosystem-Based Fisheries Management Solutions)
2. Decision Support Frameworks in EBFM.
3. Bridging the gap between fisheries research, policy and societal needs: case studies and lessons learned.
Authors of accepted abstracts will be offered and opportunity to publish their work in a Special Issue of Fisheries Research following a peer review process. https://www.journals.elsevier.
Scientists should submit their communications to the Organizing Committee (mareframe.oc@matis.is), selecting one of the topics.
Deadline for the submission of the abstract – 15 October 2017.
